Tom has 20 years of experience focused on workers’ compensation in various jurisdictions and roles. He worked on the carrier side for ten years with the Southeasts’ largest monoline workers’ compensation provider, where he was involved in sales, underwriting, claims management and advanced agent training. The last nine years have been spent in retail as an agency principal, retail agent and production agent within Brown & Brown Dealer Services. He currently works as Brown & Brown’s National Workers’ Compensation Specialist and National Sales Trainer for BBU in Workers’ Compensation and Commercial Group Captives. He is a 2002 BS Graduate from the University of Florida and a graduate of BBU P&C FL class #5 (05’). He specializes in complex multistate risks, experience rating and selling/placement of various loss-sensitive and related WC products as well as commercial group captives.
