DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Brown & Brown is pleased to announce the creation of the national personal lines leadership team. This team will be responsible for creating, implementing and executing on strategic initiatives to grow and scale our personal lines business.  

This group of leaders will work collaboratively to strengthen capabilities and service offerings, enhance carrier relationships and help ensure a consistent  customer experience that aligns with the organization’s growth objectives. Each has been selected based on their industry experience and knowledge.  

Joining the national personal lines leadership team for Brown & Brown are Colin Burr (Hartford, CT), Lisa Haines (Detroit, MI), Veronica Jimenez (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), Katie Palmer (Daytona Beach, FL), Carolyn Schaefer (Minneapolis, MN) and Gail Wolff (Phoenix, AZ).  

While based in offices across the United States, the national personal lines leadership team will support personal lines teammates and offices nationwide.
