A Continuing Conversation About COBRA
The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, known simply as COBRA, is a federal law that grants certain employees, spouses and dependents the right to continue employer-sponsored health coverage after a loss of coverage and eligibility in certain situations. This webinar presents an overview of the requirements imposed on plan sponsors under COBRA and addresses common issues employers may face when fulfilling their obligations under the statute.
