DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., October 15, 2024 –Brown & Brown (NYSE: BRO) Risk Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of Dimitrios Parikos as senior managing director of placement and servicing for the global energy practice. Dimitrios brings nearly 25 years of experience in insurance broking, customer relations and operational management, making him a key addition to the team. He will be reporting to Jeffrey Lattmann, national executive managing director and national executive liability practice leader.

In his new role, Dimitrios will lead the service and placement team for the energy, climate & technology (EC&T) practice. He will oversee the lifecycle of placement services and ensure that customer needs are strategically aligned with a market solution. His leadership will further strengthen the firm’s customer-centric approach by enhancing service delivery, optimizing process efficiencies and building lasting relationships with key industry partners.

His breadth of experience spans risk financing solutions across energy, power generation and renewable energy sectors.
