Ashley is a Senior Consultant in the Southeast for Brown & Brown’s Population Health & Well-Being team. Ashley brings over eight years of experience in employee benefits, workforce health and productivity. She is passionate about taking an integrated, human-centered approach to population health and well-being, and addressing barriers that prevent employees from thriving. Ashley also serves on Brown & Brown’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) Advisory Council and as Co-Lead of the Brown & Brown Black Excellence TRG. Ashley resides in Central Florida with her husband, two children and an 80-pound fur baby.

He has worked with leading employers, health plans and insurance brokers to design customized wellness programs that connect global workforces. Geoff lives in Boston with his fiancée Eliza and their amazing dog Flynn. Originally from Maine, Geoff is an avid skier and hiker, which is how he earns most of his Wellable Points!

Prior to joining BenefitBump, Sarah worked in the corporate practice group at a large St. Louis area international law firm and as a corporate lawyer in an in-house setting. Sarah is a proud mom of two.

Scott’s company, BenefitBump, helps employers enhance their employee experience and optimize benefit plan performance and return-to-work rates by helping employees feel included, valued and fulfilled at work. Prior to BenefitBump, Scott spent many years as a health and benefits consultant, primarily working with large and mid-sized employers across the spectrum of benefit plans. During his career, he has also served in product development, business development and underwriting roles at various health plans and a PBM.

Targeting our eligibility services specifically, the Brown & Brown Absence Services Group works with employers to help eligible employees understand the process of choosing an ideal Medicare plan that meets their individual medical and financial needs. Tom has been with Brown & Brown for seven years, and previously led client acquisition at a law firm in Boston.
