Mark C. Rambo

Mark C. Rambo is a founding partner at HR Workplace Services, Inc., a global human capital consultancy engaged with more than 30,000 organizations in all 50 states and 31 countries. With more than 30 years of human resource, management and financial experience, Mark offers his customers practical guidance and solutions each day. 
 
 Mark is recognized as an expert in the Family Medical Leave Act and is an invited panelist by the US Department of Labor on their roundtable discussions on the FMLA. Additionally, Mark served as an Advisory Member for a joint study sponsored by 
 the State of Washington and the University of Washington on Designing the Age Friendly Workplace.  

Ashley Diaz

Ashley Diaz is a Senior Consultant in the southeast for Brown & Brown’s Population Health & Well-Being team. Ashley brings over eight years of experience in employee benefits, workforce health and productivity. She is passionate about taking an integrated, human-centered approach to population health and well-being, and addressing barriers that prevent employees from thriving. Ashley also serves on Brown & Brown’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) Advisory Council and as Co-Lead of the Brown & Brown Black Excellence TRG. Ashley resides in Central Florida with her husband, two children and an 80-pound fur baby.   

Sam Thomeier

Sam Thomeier is a Senior Director with herronpalmer, Brown & Brown’s advisory practice. He brings over 15 years of industry experience and is responsible for consulting with customers, advising them how to drive sustained success in processes and how to drive continuous growth.  As both an analyst and implementation consultant, Sam’s relationship building skills led to smooth and cohesive delivery and consistent client satisfaction.
