Charlene Feenstra - Heacox Hartman
Charlie has been with the firm since November of 1996. She practices primarily in workers’ compensation defense on behalf of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. In addition to workers’ compensation defense, Ms. Feenstra practices in various aspects of insurance defense and subrogation. She is also a qualified neutral/mediator.
Brian Bent - SFM
Brian joined SFM in 2006 as Director of Underwriting and was promoted to Vice President and Director of Underwriting in 2010.
He is responsible for setting enterprise-wide underwriting and policy servicing direction and has regulatory compliance responsibilities. Brian also oversees the loss prevention technical function and premium audit operations at SFM.
Brian is a graduate of Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and received his Master’s of Science degree from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Missouri. He earned an Associate in Risk Management and has a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.
He is a member of the Wisconsin Compensation Rating Bureau (WCRB) Governing Board and Rating Committee.
